We hired RLM to inspect our first home, a 1949 brick two-level with one previous owner. Since the home was older, we wanted a comprehensive inspection to alert us of any problems related to the age of the home. The inspection we got from RLM was exactly what we wanted. Roger was flexible with how we wanted our inspection conducted. He allowed us to follow and ask questions as much as we wanted. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. RLM is well worth the money (their inspections were just a tad higher than other companies, but you get what you pay for...) and if I needed another inspection, I would not hesitate to hire RLM again.

Roger was great to work around my schedule and even offered to meet me half way to save me time. He did a very thorough job. Much better than my last home inspection experience, which wasn't bad. RLM was just much better.
