Owner and Founder, Roger McFarland, has over 30 years in commercial and residential construction, including complete construction and design expertise from the ground up. RLM Home Inspection Services knows the ins and outs of houses and what to look for.

 

We’re members of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. We specialize in residential and commercial inspections. We are well informed about environmental testing—mold, radon, termites, asbestos, lead, wood destroying organisms-- and outsource this to professionals with whom we’ve worked closely.

 

We urge clients to be present at the inspection, especially toward the end, when you can ask questions on the spot, go over the report, and revisit any problem areas. We want to share our knowledge with you to make you more in control, confident, and at ease about your home. Our inspection and report allow you to see a house through impartial, trained, objective eyes.

 

Accompanying us allows you to better understand our report is extremely detailed and thorough. Problem areas are highlighted throughout and it is given to you at the inspection. We request at least 3-4 days’ notice, but will accommodate emergencies.
