These are all projects we have completed. RLM Construction Inc. specializes in construction services, in addition to home inspections. The owner, Roger McFarland, has been a general contractor since 1975 and he founded RLM Construction, Inc. in 1991. We have been involved in various types of COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, COMMERCIAL REMODELING and CUSTOM NEW HOMES/REMODELING since that time.

The type of work performed has varied from university remodeling and new construction to city projects, Utah government facilities, dental and MEDICAL CLINICS, METAL BUILDING construction, SMALL & LARGE CUSTOM HOME construction including apartment renovation and new apartment construction, CARWASHES etc. We have also constructed sewage treatment ponds, recreation restrooms and park facilities and pump stations. We have completed several Old Navy, Banana Republic, Gap, Lane Bryant and Victoria’s Secret Stores. We have also constructed LUBE CENTERS and CONVENIENCE STORES.
